Hmm.
I think Plastic Man would, because he's so much crazier and funnier. But he'd be too crazy and funny to actually fight. Elongated Man is too decent and kind-hearted to fight, and Mr. Fantastic is much too smart for brawling.
What kind of a fight? Because with Mr. Fantastic's brains, he could probably figure out a way to beat all of them using his mind!
